Hello from Iowa, just bought a char broil big easy. I have not grilled much as I have never developed those skilz. But I have had the big easy for 3 days and so far I have made some incredible tasting food. Reading these forums and watching some YouTub helped me make some ribs yesterday that were amazing. I can't wait to keep learning.

TMB (Tommy) is the king of infrared and he hangs his hat here. Many others here use em so you will be in good shape round these parts.
