I am new it cooking on this Grill (srg) and was wondering the best way to cook a pork loin roast? anyone's recipes would be appreciated. I saw lots of info for butts but on pork loins.

Bacon wrapped tenderloin with potatoes on the SRG used one of the hooks from the PBC to hang it. :)
