I just signed up.  Been grilling an smoking for awhile grilling more then smoking. Bought first smoker. Great outdoors back in 2003 and been doing Boston butts and brisket with ribs chickens. Watch as many bbq shows as I can Myron,John Trigg, Tuffy,Big Moo,etc Pitmasters is a great show. Just thinking about getting pellet smoker an been researching a lot. Just been using gas and think it time. Have the Vault 24" and happy but hard to kept the temp almost watching.  Al way like new ideas to with sauces and rubs.I can grill some good bbq chicken on the grill family loves. From upstate N.Y.   Just a little town work for a film manufacturing company yes we still make film. Been there 36 years. Like riding my motorcycles and 4 wheelers,snowmobiles when we have snow. But most of all I have a 4 year old grandson that I love having him once or twice a week for the day been doing this since he was 4 weeks old. I want to teach him all about grilling and smoking.

Thank you for the welcomes. To Reget you are rite about the wrapper. My grandson in going to be 4 in October and he has never eaten anything from McDonald's or Burger King my daughter doesn't allow fast food. Pop is another no no he's never had it.  Water or keff
