Wife went to New Orleans to see the kids so Sunday I was home alone!
Cooked one rack BB ribs on the table top cooker.
Mustard coated with a thick coating of my homemade rub.
On the table top at end of Saints first quarter at 200-250F
At end of game, (about 2 1/2 hours) cranked cooker to about 350F & seared each side for 20 min.
Slathered with Corky's BBQ sauce & back on at 250F for 30 min.
Served with pinto's .

Nice, I need some ribs now :)

Normally I would say ribs (no matter how good) are a poor substitute for a weekend in New Orleans but in this case I won't.

Every now and then we get one of those opportunities -- nobody to please but ourselves! Like you, I've done ribs "my way" and sometimes hot chili over hot sausages. Liver and onions rings in occasionally, too. Good lookin' ribs, LA :)
