i don't know how the ribs were because while i was in the shower my son came home from work for lunch.  he took my ribs off the PBC and left.  no kool at all.  coal in his stocking for xmas.  i'm loving the Pit Barrel Cooker.  great product.

Sparky!!! How did the ribs come out? It's a lot different from what ive seen you doing with ribs before. No foil, butter, brown sugar and honey treatment.
I'm getting one of those PBC here soon.

I don't remember leaving the country, but I also don't remember sparky having a PBC. I really need to double down on my focus. As I have said before, we all benefit when Sparky gets a new toy.

Good lookin Eats Sparky. Just one thing, wheat bread has no place wrapped around a hot dog. Michelle Obama rerwrote all the schools menus and that includes no white bread. Kids don't like wheat dough under there pizza, come take a look in the trash cans Michelle :o

You need to do some more ribs on the PBC so we know what you think of them!

You know you want to! ;)
