Title: Shaved Italian sausage with onions, peppers and beer (Not Kimmie's beer)

I have been wanting to do this for some time.   I love the sausage that Pie in the Sky pizzeria puts on their pizzas so I figured I make a sandwich using that type of shaved sausage.

Started off grilling them to a nice brown

Why you have to shave them Tommy? They still have hog hair on them? :) :) Just couldn't resist!!! Be lookin after they get shaved!!! Don

Texture of the meat is different and easier to make a sandwich out of

Texture is what I wanted to fix when compared to just a normal sausage sandwich.   Loved it , will do this again for sure :thumbup:
