I have been wanting to do this for some time. I love the sausage that Pie in the Sky pizzeria puts on their pizzas so I figured I make a sandwich using that type of shaved sausage.
Started off grilling them to a nice brown

Texture is what I wanted to fix when compared to just a normal sausage sandwich. Loved it , will do this again for sure :thumbup:
