Title: The Wind is Thwarting My Outdoor Cooking!

Yesterday's grilled pork chops were cancelled because of 55-60 mph wind gusts, so we had pizza delivered.
This evening the winds died back to 35 mph gusts, but still too much for grilling safely.  >:(
So we snacked on an antipasto platter of  provellone cheese, salami, prosciutto, olives, merlot bellavitano cheese, good olive oil, crostini, and Italian bread. A couple glasses of vino topped it all off!
Sometimes it's nice to not cook!  8)
