Man does not live by smoked meat alone!! Your wood pellet smoker-grill is a great convection oven and is fabulous for all sorts of recipes and desserts. In my case I made a blueberry and peach cobbler and topped it with a dab of triple vanilla ice cream (vanilla, vanilla bean & French vanilla).
