Title: very impressed with the srg

i an sold on this infrared Big Easy SRG. i cooked some tri-tip steaks and had to do somthing for my daughter and they went unattended and internal temperature went up to 187f!!!

i nearly sh*t myself.  took them off and let rest and to my surprise  they were still juciy and tender. ia am amazed
