My wife, being Italian, really likes my Italian sweet. Better than Little Italy sausage, she says. I'm kinda proud of that.
However, all her friends know now. :-o
Here is a 14lb batch I did today. 2.5lbs were left as bulk for stuffing cubanelle peppers.
