Title: Mushroom Grilled Cheese Sandwich

I saw this recipe on Susan Recipes (http://www.susanrecipe.com/2017/01/mushroom-grilled-cheese-sandwich.html) and it looked awesome so we decided to give it a shot tonight.

Onion, mushrooms, and garlic being sautéed.

Buttered some Pepperidge Farms Deli Swirl bread and letting the butter soften before spreading.

Most definitely a great sandwich and I am really thinking this would make a good filling for a non-traditional patty melt.

So Mike it look like ya added mushrooms to three food groups, Cheese, Onion and Garlic.  :D :D :D
