Took BBQ flavored pork rinds ground them up in a food processor and used it to bread the chicken with. I used Mac's brand that claim 0 carbs.
Egg wash for the chicken before I breaded with the pork rinds then in the oven.
First try and worked well, next time will be much better.
These were baked at 400 for 20 mins then turn the broiler on for a few to brown up the topping
0 carbs in all . :thumbup:
