Title: PBC ribs - Sparky's way
Post by: sparky on November 30, 2012, 11:59:11 AM
everyone keep asking how i like the ribs the PBC way.  they're good.  i need to figured out how to make them my way.  piece of cake.
i'm loving the ease of using the PBC as well as the great tasting food coming off of it.  light her up and away we go.

Pit Barrel Cooker rules.  this is a cooking machine.  very easy to use and just alot of fun.  the most important part is that every piece of food coming off the PBC is cooked perfectly.  everyone should get a Pit Barrel Cooker for themselves.  you will love it.

Looking good!

Does everything in the PBC have to hang, or can you just use the grate?

Really look delicious.  Yes, it would set next to my Big Green Egg which I've had for 15 years.  That too is a wonder to cook in.  Phil

Sparky, if you wanted to do a nice Prime Rib, would you hang it or does the grate go low enough?

The cooking grate does sit in the "Sweet" Spot inside the barrel so you will have the same awesome product.

It is important to insert the re-bar into the holes on the barrel even while cooking on the grate............
