everything has a beginning. if you own a pellet grill the beginning starts w/ pig candy. if you come from the 50's & te 60's you believe in karma. i think it comes from the times and maybe the experimenting w/ what nots but i strongly believe in karma. it might sound wierd but everything that i have contact w/ on a daily basic i have a connection w/. its important.
well, if ya'll didn't hear the last 5 days we have had alot of rain. were i live about 7-10" in 4 days. truck can tell ya. 1/2 the water already drained out. thinking about maybe stocking it w/ fish.

Hazlewood and Alder. I'm not sure how well they would work either.
The ribs on the bag are from one of my pictures. The MAK marketing guys asked if they could use a couple of my shots for packaging and brochures. ;)

I think bacon off pellet is tops but now you have shown how to kick it up.
How about giving us the ratios of the mix, IE recipe.
My family will love this one.

Not only is that some good juju, it's tasty juju!
I like the addition of the chipotle pepper & ginger to the brown sugar mix for the pig candy too. Next time I make pig candy I'll give it a try! :)

Sparky,
Add a waterproof liner to the bed of your truck, get your rubber ducky out and a few FTs, and ride around in style, eating ribs, of course.

Did you order your Mak from The Manufacturer Sparky or buy it from a local dealer? We have almost 10% sales tax here in Washington so it might be worth my while to drive to Oregon when i'm done sellin all my stuff to get a Mak. I aint sellin the Primo Never :)

I rather you stock it with large mouth bass! ;)
Talk about good JUJU. Heck if I had a truck stocked that would make me a redneck with great JUJU. Having bass around can't be bad :D

I have it from a good source that there's also Cherry in the mix. Got me a bag this summer from MAK Daddy himself at the Way Out West BBQ Championship. Used my sample bag of MAK Hazelnut Blend BBQ pellets with Chicken, Salmon, Chuck Cross Rib Roast, Ribs, and a Pork Roast. Had wonderful results. The flavor profiles were reminiscent of a blend of Walnut and Cherry.
