Tip Top Temp sort of controlling the temperature. Does not work as well as in larger Webers.

Chicken smoked/roasted with Stubbs Briquettes and apple wood. I do like the added space the second shelf adds.

Jumbo Joe with Slow and Sear Basket loaded Stubbs briquettes and added 12 ashed over briquettes controlled by Tip Top Temp at 335. I was amazed that this little Jumbo Joe continues roasting at around 335 grate temperature for 4 hours. Also a nice blue smoke from the Stubbs.
