Pulled a few Top Sirloins from the deep freeze and coated with garlic olive oil and then sprinkled with Jonny’s steak seasoning. Heated up the SRG and it was running at 650 when I threw on the steaks, they ended up taking about 6 1/2 minutes a side to get to a IT of 126. Pulled them and put some garlic butter and let them rest for five minutes, then plated them with a arugula salad.
