Doing this turkey for my wifes work dinner tomorrow.

turkey look good.  was the 3 different turkeys the same brand?  were some of them brined?  that could account for the different colors.   8)

Excellent looking birds

I think charcoal lends a lot to the color of the bird.  Am I correct in that???

Hard to imagine a more perfectly and evenly colored turkey! Nicely done.
