Title: Chicken Leg Quarters!

Finally tried chicken on the PBC for the first time. It lived up to the hype! The taste was great. Like others have said the skin was rubbery so next time I will crack the lid at the end and see how that turns out.

Chicken looks great.  I crack the lid the entire cook.

You can also try only one re-bar as well for more air
