Followed directions multiple times....go to register grill to use wi-fi and get message that grill number is invalid....
-
Call, or email MAK Grills!
It's the weekend, so emailing may be your best option.
-
Assuming the grill number you are using is 3xxx?
-
No. Grill number starts with 2SXXXXX as it states in the instructions. Will email them this morning.

Perfect!
Being a holiday, the response may be slower than normal, but they will get your issue squared away in good time. In the mean time don't let it stop your holiday cooking plans!

Dennis sent me some other directions. Still couldn't get it to work.....
Not being one to go quietly there was a break in the rain yesterday. I went out and tried the set-up again but this time I tried to connect at 2.4ghz instead of the 5.0ghz. BAM! Worked first try.
I am really looking forward to some cooks to see how this works. I did a test profile and would compare what the pellet boss was reading and they were spot on to the web app.

Awesome! Look forward to hearing what you think about the MAK WiFi after a few cooks :)
