Hi folks how are y'all today?  I actually live in Carlsbad, NM only because of my job location.  I'm trying to move back to Texas though soon.  I just ordered a new pbc and found this forum and thought I'd say howdy.  The cooker should arrive today.  Unfortunately I have to work tonight.

Hey Jay- Welcome to the LTBBQ family!  I used to have a PBC... you are in for a real treat.  The chicken and ribs I used to make on that thing... DANG! :)
