Marinaded the shrimp with lime juice, salt, pepper paprika. Not too long, maybe 10 mins.
Onto the grill, open flame for about 6 minutes...

Plated. Wife made a refreshing avocado salad.

Also, you are in the SW region. If you ever get near one, try out Rubio's fish tacos. Haven't had them in over a decade, but hands down my favorite tacos ever.
*EDIT* I just looked at their locations and say that they expanded to Florida. I was just there for vacation and kicking myself that I didn't know about this before.

Rubio's looks amazing. Gonna try them next time we are in the Phoenix area...
For the salad: tomatoes, avocados, english cucumbers, grilled corn. Dressing was lime juice, zest, olive oil, salt, pepper and cilantro.
