Title: Shrimp Tacos Tonight

Marinaded the shrimp with lime juice, salt, pepper paprika. Not too long, maybe 10 mins.

Onto the grill, open flame for about 6 minutes...

Plated. Wife made a refreshing avocado salad.

Glad I saw this after I ate or my dinner would have been a let down if I saw this first. Great job.

Those look delicious.  That avocado salad looks amazing.  How did she make it? 

Also, you are in the SW region. If you ever get near one, try out Rubio's fish tacos. Haven't had them in over a decade, but hands down my favorite tacos ever.



*EDIT* I just looked at their locations and say that they expanded to Florida. I was just there for vacation and kicking myself that I didn't know about this before.

Rubio's looks amazing. Gonna try them next time we are in the Phoenix area...

For the salad: tomatoes, avocados, english cucumbers, grilled corn. Dressing was lime juice, zest, olive oil, salt, pepper and cilantro.
