Hi all!
Just when I thought I belonged to all of the smoker forums, TBM invites me to join another one. Thanks for the invite Tommy! I recognized quite a few names already from other forums. CDN Smoker, Tenthunter, Keymaster, muebe, ACW3 and Tenpoint5 for starters, and I've only been on the first page. :) I hail from the PNW (on the wet side of the Cascade Mts.) When it's not raining it's, it's thinking about raining. As I type this it's raining. Duh.... I own a MAK 2-star General, two drum smokers and a Bradley smoker that I use to smoke Salmon, home cured hams, bacon and sausages. I also like dabbling in baking and have a sourdough starter that I've been shepherding for 20 years. Hmm....about the same time I started brewing beer. Yes, food and I have this love/hate relationship. I love to eat it and hate it when it's gone. :( Looking forward to chatting and learning with all of you. and hooking up with you from other forums who's names I haven't seen in a while.
