Title: Fascinating video about making burgers
Post by: RG on April 22, 2019, 06:35:22 PM
It's amazing to me the content on Youtube! As I was looking at random videos ranging from making pizza to making mozzarella at home, I cam across this video. It's about 15 minutes or so but I think worth the watch.

Thanks RG  very good

I think I would have liked all three burgers lol.. I like lots of Ketchup, onions (cooked or raw or straw), relish & a great roll. cant forget blue cheese or chedder….wait bacon too.

As Far as the roll. I like a NY Hard Poppy Seed Roll & Rye toast with my burger.

BUT.

My all time favorite was a Roll we made in Waterbury CT. Reymond's Sunbeam Hamburger Roll.  Yes it was store bought but if I may brag a little, three times in my 14 years there we won the best Roll out of 110 Sunbeam bakeries from around the world.

It was amazing. The only thing I think that comes close is Martins Potato Rolls but even they are not as good as ours was.   https://potatorolls.com/

So those are my top three. Just curious anyone else try a burger  on rye toast.

Isn't that what we call a Patty Melt?  Usually on marbled rye toast sans pickles, tomatoes, lettuce...
