Not Chicken & Dumplings.....fried pot sticker type. I felt like experimenting and making these for lunch. I've never done this before but will do it again! My son inhaled these so that means they're good, lol.
I have the sous vide going with some pork chops and some petite sirloins so I seasoned up a boneless breast and threw it in the pool as well. When lunch time got close, I took the chicken out and finished cooking in a pan. Once cooked, I shredded it and added some BBQ sauce. I then took a block of pepper jack and made some cubes. This all became the filling for the dumplings.
Once I had them stuffed I pan fried them and while still hot, a sprinkled Tee's Mo-Rockin' Chicken rub on them (was JUST what was needed) and they were delicious!
