Title: New from North Carolina
Post by: eldog73 on January 15, 2013, 11:54:54 AM: I am in Hillsborough NC. Cook Q mainly as a hobby but more as a second carreer as in catering as I get closer to retirement. I have a full size BQ grill with turning grate, a traeger 75 and recently added a Dreamwerks 1600 pellet grill.

I enjoy forums like this of like minded folks who share ideas and techniques.

I've seen that unit somewhere before. Very cool unit!
