Some very bad news to give y'all, Barry "CB" Martin passed away Saturday Aug 24th around 11:00 AM (Pacific time)..
As most now know he was suffering with cancer and after a three year battle just gave up the fight and couldn't see doing treatment anymore.
Because of Barry and Sizzle On The Grill "WE" have become a "Family" and that is one heck of a legacy to leave behind. I will miss his calls I would get out of the blue when he would just say how you and Kimmie doing ?
Funny thing is Kimmie does not warm up to just anyone and every person she has met from the forum she has liked a lot and Barry was no exception, so that tells you the type of folk we have!
I received a text from him, he said it's been a heck of a ride but time is near to leave this earth and go home. Although I only met him three time face to face I feel like I lost a brother and that's hard on me and Kimmie but life is short and we must make the most of it.
So with this last update I say so long and good by to a close friend and a brother!
Tim has picked up where "CB" left off with the Sizzle forum So a Big thanks to Tim for keep us together!

Tommy what sad news...Even though we knew it was coming I kept praying for that miracle that comes around so often. I spoke with him a few times & did the story on him for the magazine so I got to know him just a little. It has been such a sad year & I will really miss him. Can't write anymore now as you said Tommy life is so short so lets enjoy every day. RIP CB we will all miss you.

Sad news, but I am glad he is not suffering anymore. He was always such a great guy and he would drop me PM just to see how things were going.

Very sorry to hear of CB's passing. When I heard the news, I had to go to my videos and watch them to remember CB as we knew him. I thought that we could share some moments and memories he had with us and some moments of what he did best...as a spokesman for CharBroil. For those of you that don't know CB, he will be the tallest person on screen. Enjoy these few videos.
