For Christmas dinner Kimmie and I decided to go with breaded steak for dinner and oh it was good.

Tommy, are you trying to outdo smoke by loading up the grill with beautiful meat? That looks real good.

It's easy! Get some top round steak and cut it to 1/4 in thick, dip in in oil and toss in Itailan bread crumbs. Now let them is in the fridge for 2 to 4 hrs then toss n a med hot grill and let them go til they turn brown on one side then flip for another 5 to 8 mins and your done.

You can fry them in oil if you wish. Just use egg instead of oil and fry them in med to med high heat, just becareful not to burn. Egg for frying and oil for the grill like Dad always said ;)

They kind of remind me of those frozen breaded veal patties with a little cube of butter stuck to them that my Mom used to get back in the late 60's.
