Title: Chicken Cordon Bleu

I had intended to deep fry these outside but not feeling that great so I put them in the oven.

Chicken Cordon Bleu, Rice a Roni and peas & carrots.

I had planned to make a Hollandaise sauce but didn't feel like it. Still a pretty good meal as it was.
