Title: Blackened Chicken

Blackened some boneless chicken breasts on the griddle outside.

Looks burned but it wasn't. They were perfect and juicy.

Good looking chicken !! Salad makes a nice contrast , good eats.

Did you use Paul Prudhomme's spice recipe for this?
