In the winter he reverses it. The heater in his truck is out too.

HEY! - It is a "custom upgrade...alright? I paid a LOT of money to be a "cool old dude"....Besides...loading the bed with dry ice and using battery operated fan made me sleepy...I don't know why.....

Occasionally I make a very special version of "bacon jam". I call it Hillbilly Caviar. There may be a recipe for it here on LTBBQ...Can't remember if I posted that or not....

  It is good.  I may have to make some more, soon!

Give this a try.  Tee couldn't get enough, or anyone else for that matter.  My version of bourbon bacon marmalade.
