that looks and sounds good, we like cod.  How did you smoke it?  What smoker, wood?

Asheville, NC - honey smoke,  20  minutes cold, 40 minutes 225°,Pitboss classic, competition blend.

Cod what seasoning did you us or just plain. I use lemon pepper on mine.
