Title: Hamburger Steaks and Potatoes Two Ways
Post by: Cajunate on October 13, 2020, 08:11:54 PM

Tonight's dinner was hamburger steaks, with potatoes two ways, mashed and pan roasted, green peas and toward the end of cooking dinner I decided to throw a peach cobbler together.

Lots of thin sliced onions and mushrooms in there.

These potatoes were a hit!

Time to eat!

The cobbler came out pretty nice. Too full for dessert right now but I'll have some later with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream.

I did have some peach cobbler and vanilla ice cream later after dinner last night.

I could really go for  some of it all peach cobbler included. Feast for a king there.
