Three eggs, mozzarella cheese,  stuffing & home made cranberry sauce (inside & on top).  Pretty good

Good lookin'  :D

My Friday morning breakfast recap was a spicy turkey omelet (lots of Sriracha) with Havarti cheese and a big slice of leftover stuffing fried in butter.  Turkey is health food, right?

I'm somewhat embarrassed to have to remind you (of all people), but the health benefits of turkey are unlocked only if you drown it in gravy.

I don;t think i could handle the spice but it sounds great with the fried stuffing
