Title: What Did You Get for Christmas?
Post by: Cajunate on December 25, 2020, 05:14:50 PM: Alright, so what did Santa bring you or maybe a loved one who knows you well give you that's outdoor(or indoor)cooking related?

Me, I got a new small meat grinder for when I want to grind my own hamburger meat or make small batches of sausage. I already have a 3/4 hp Cabela's grinder but for small things I hate pulling it out and the cleaning it afterwards. I had a small one a while back but I burnt up the motor. I now see small batches of sausage in the very near future!
I also got a new IR thermometer which I've already used today and love.

I know some of you got more than a lump of charcoal.

I haven't bought any cooking stuff for Christmas in some time, actually haven't gotten cooking related stuff in a while, Christmas or otherwise. There's always next year ;)

As my wife says "you got enough & then some" LOL. I am trying to sell some things as I do have tooooo much. I sold my 22 inch weber Joe grill, tossed out my charbroil 18 inch electric grill (had not used in 20 years) & am selling my 18 inch Weber kettle grill. & maybe my Custom Jets tailgating grill as people are getting top dollar for them now. I really use my Sears gas grill, Weber, 22 inch kettle & big easy 90% of the time.

My wife is right but don't tell her.
