Coat both sides under the skin. Then pull the skin back up and coat again...

Nope. I put the larger legs on the bottom. Plus I think the legs dripping on the bottom ones cooled them down a bit ;)

Muebe, just what and where do I order that leg rack set up? I'm using the rectangular one right now, and I like the round one idea. Have you tried saucing those sticks, then back on the rack for another 15 minutes? Works for me. ;)

OD that rack set up is from my Char-Broil Big Easy. The basket comes with the cooker and the leg racks are a accessory you can buy for it.
The saucing sounds good but I like my legs seasoned well with dry & crispy skin. The meat was very moist and tender. I got the exact results I was looking for ;)
