Whenever leg 1/4 s on sale ill smoke 16-20 lbs.
I'll pack 2-4 in vacuum bags & freeze for cooking.
Sauté an onion, add hunts spaghetti sauce, a can tomatoes, sliced mushrooms.
Heat , add 2/3 cup wine & serve over pasta.
