You know it's a joy to see all the great charcuterie here, and it's not to hard in this country to get some great Parma ham. But every since I saw Anthony Bourdian eat some Black Foot Serrono Ham in Spain I have wanted to try that so bad. Anyone here been to Spain and tried it?

I have had Serrano in Spain. Cut right off the leg in front of you. Europe just kills us in the quality of their cured meats.
