Looks very interesting for sure. Not too keen on leaving uncooked pork out on the counter for 2 days though.. ???
I would have liked to seen a pic of the finished product in the lettuce or cabbage cup too. Seasonings sound real nice.

That is interesting...kind of a "sausage-meatball"......this should be over in the recipes section, ust trying to decide where....?
