I made this the other night.
Started with some onion and gahlic sautéed in some butter & Olive Oil.

Added some diced tomato's.

Added some Oregano, S&P and let that cook down a bit

Prepping the scallops. Added some of Tee's SP on them.

Onto the MAK at 370 degrees for @10 minutes + or -

Beautiful Sam! I much prefer the proscuitto to bacon in this application.
