Hey Everyone, I didn't want to mention that rack of lamb video since it always seems to take longer than expected :) But.. we just uploaded it to you tube just in time for Easter (okay maybe it's a little late) but at least you will now know how to prepare an unbelievable rack of lamb on your PBC!! Good looking racks!!  We love lamb chops and rack of lamb in our house.  I like medium rare, the wife likes medium.  We aim to please.

Excellent video!! I have to wrap my bone tips in foil on the primo or they burn off, that's a plus with the PBC :)
