Looks real good to me..I always have left over filling..it never comes out right, but I make a small meatloaf with it and that is great for sammiches. Pam ★*˚°。°

Another great idea..you can stuff anything , ho tpeppers..I like the lil red and yellow and orange and green mini peppers too..or jalapenos..banana peppers..poblanos. Pam ★*˚°。°

I wish I could find those mini peppers around here...
Gotta be watch the 'hot'. Wife's Mom is living with us, and I have to be careful about heat/salt/fat content. :o

we did a recipe Debbie found a number of years ago, Thanksgiving, that we like
but I think your stuffing would be great in a mushroom too
