Home alone....
Wife teaches at NYU on Monday nights. I'm thinking pellet fried chicken. ;D
This is smoke's recipe. I used buttermilk in lieu of condensed. Add 1 TBS of corn starch to the mix as well.
Onto the MAK. Big fan of thighs. ;)

This is great weeknight cook. The recipe is fantastic, chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I will use a little less butter next time though.

Scally, I did 375 for 25 minutes, flip, then 325 for 30 minutes.

Thank You Sir, and I am not about to any time soon ;) The Rec Tec is a fun pellet grill too cook on...it is like a heavy duty Traeger done right......
