Title: Old School Cook
Post by: LostArrow on April 19, 2013, 02:35:27 PM
I get one "comp" Friday off a month for weekend time.
Was going fishing but cold front came in, dumped 2 in rain & today it's cool (60F) & windy >:(
But, I had a couple small butts I got on sale in the freezer so it's old school cooking for entertainment ;D
Fired up my big grill for indirect smoking , fire on one end meat on the other.
Loaded with charcoal & pecan , will last 2-3 hours while I run errands then on the deck with Lucy ::)
Every hour or so I'll add a few briquettes & a wood chunk .
Listening to Van Morrison & playing fetch!
