Marinaded using Mr Yoshida's Traditional Teriyaki and McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning for 4 hours. Hickory smoked for 1 hour at 180-200ºF before bumping the pit temp to 375ºF until breast IT reached 170ºF ...

PTG ... Manual Mode: 18% - 1 hour of Hickory Smoke (180-200ºF) and then bumped the pit to 35% (360-380ºF) ...
