What I like about grilling on it is that there is more distance between the cooking and charcoal grates so you grill slower which works out good for chicken. It just seems like a more relaxing experience with the Smokey than on other grills for lack of a better description.

I don't even know if that makes sense.....kinda off kilter today...........
