Saw a big cut of Top Sirloin at Cash & Carry for for $15, had to try it. This is just 1/2. Let it sit seasoned with Awake A Steak & Garlic Powder for a couple days in the fridge.
90 minutes of smoke on the Treager and 225 until 135 IT. Sliced the next day. Very surprised how tender and moist this is.

Don't laugh at my almost 20 year old slicer that I paid $22 for, still does the job.

Oh my, that looks tasty! I have a brand new slicer in the box somewhere amongst all this stuff. I need to dig it out. I might get my wife to eat some pink meat if it was sliced like that.

My wife will not touch the pink stuff. Some Mongolian for her.
