Weather is getting colder so I thought why not make somme soup..
This is my version of this classic soup
First I cut up 3 onions 2 yellow and 1 white

Next I placed them in a big skillet and cooked them down real good

After it all cooked down real good I added these ingredents + thyme salt and pepper

Then I added some cheese and a big piece of French bread, tossed it in the oven to melt the cheese

I want some of that..looks fantastic. I asdd cognac to mine in stead of apple juice..but it's all good.
