Love it. Gonna be good

We don't have a grinder, but we DO have a Kitchen Ninja Pro - six blades instead of 2. I will take a roast or a sirloin and cut into cubes, add cheese and seasonings, then pulse a few times and the meat is ready for Deb to form into patties...really works good. I'll have to add bacon to the mix next time.

Looks great! how was the grind? Take me a cpouple of those. :P

Let me know how i works Jack, Kimmie got me one of them Ninja mixers for Christmas I love it so for and if it will gring meat I'll even love it more!

Those are fine looking burgers, Jack! Great idea.
-
Don't know what a Ninja Mixer is, but a good meat grinder pays for itself in no time at all. The price of ground beef is just stupid now. Watch for sales on Boneless Rump or Top Round.
Jack's grinding in Bacon is right on the money for the leaner cuts. You can add garlic, onion, spices to suit your taste.

Great looking burgers, love the idea of grinding bacon in with it. Throw some blue cheese crumbles in there and have a black and blue burger:)

You nailed this one Captain...bacon in every bite....outrageous..........
-
Outstanding burger Jack! I have got to dig my grinder out of storage.
-
Cuz, looking good.
-
Jack, Do you find it better to freeze the bacon a little before grinding? Dee
-
Looks great. I need a burger bad.
-
Looks good from here.
-
That's a really great idea. The warmer weather is finally here, so this would be a great stock item for the freezer.
Excellent job Capt.

Last week I made some greasy cheeseburgers. I made 4 thin patties and put a slice of sharp cheddar cheese between 2 of them and squished them together. Then I let them sit for a while in the frig..that did the trick. They did not come apart or leak on a cast iron griddle. I also put a slice of sharp cheddar cheese on top when I cooked them. Talk about a greasy cheeseburger. 80/20, I can't wait to add bacon to the mix. I'm gonna put bacon in everything now. Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ
