Smoke, one of the last true believers, has recently gone over to the DARK SIDE ::)
He's always been Charcoal only till he recently got a cookshack!
Smoke, there is an option for "set it & forget it smoking " using your 1/2 ton of charcoal in your garage!
We can find you a used WSM for $125, or build you a mini smoker for $75

I used a Big Drum Smoker for almost -3- years every weekend until the family had a mutiny on me. So I am staying away from anything vertical!!
I am only using the Cookshack for the long overnight cooks. I am giving them heavy smoke in my charcoal grill for around -3- hours in the afternoon and then moving in the electric smoker for a nice long lo temp overnight cook while I get my ZZZZ's.
This way I am not tired the next day and I have a smoke ring to boot!!
Besides that I am on double check with the misses!! One more new pit and it's out the door for me and Smoochy!!
