Title: Beef Ribs

So I grew up eating beef ribs, never really liked them as I felt that didn't have enough meat. Well, last weekend I was in Cali for a demo and visited my parents and since my dad loves his ribs I decided to cook them. They were awesome!! I bought a pack of beef ribs at the local grocery store, put a little olive oil with the beef and game pit rub and hung them for an hour and they were perfect. Here's a picture! - Amber

Never had beef ribs. Those look really good. I'm saving up my money for a PBC.

I love beef ribs.  Sometimes they are like eating celery...you burn more calories eating them than you do consuming them.  Dee

Yeah, beef ribs are my favorite both the "regular" and the short ribs.

Great lookin' beef ribs...I don't think I have seen 'em in the store with so much meat on 'em...they are usually pretty skimpy on the meat.

Are yours a special cut?

They were just the basic beef ribs, cheap too!
